MeraShop Privacy Policy

MeraShop is a money-tracking app for small shop owners, published by iDataOne. This policy explains what the app reads, why, and where it is kept. In short: everything stays on your phone. We have no servers, no accounts, no ads and no analytics, and we never receive your data.
What the app reads and why
SMS (only if you allow it): MeraShop reads bank and UPI messages to record money your shop receives and pays — the amount, the sender or receiver name / UPI ID, the reference number and the date. Personal messages, OTPs and promotions are ignored and not stored.
Payment notifications (only if you turn on notification access): MeraShop reads notifications from payment apps (such as Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), WhatsApp payments and bank apps, to record UPI payments that arrive without an SMS. Notifications from all other apps are ignored. The text of recent payment notifications is kept on the phone so you can check how each entry was recorded.
Contacts (only if you allow it): used only to fill in a customer’s name and phone number when you add or edit a customer. Only the contact you pick is saved in MeraShop.
What you enter: your shop name, your UPI ID, customers (name, Mr/Mrs, phone number), vendors, sales, bills, dues, payments and expenses.
Where your data is kept
All of this is stored only in the app’s private storage on your phone. It is not uploaded to us or to anyone else. MeraShop does not have a server or user accounts and contains no advertising or analytics tools.
If you have turned on Android’s backup to your Google account, Android may include the app’s data in that backup so it can be restored on a new phone. That backup belongs to you and is handled by Google under its own policy; we cannot see it.
Sharing
We do not sell, rent or share your data. When you tap Remind, Save & Share or Save & Send, MeraShop opens WhatsApp (or SMS) with a message that you then send yourself to your customer. Those apps handle that message under their own privacy policies.
Your choices
SMS, contacts and notification access are optional. You can refuse or turn them off at any time in Android Settings → Apps → MeraShop; the app keeps working and you can enter payments by hand.
To delete all MeraShop data, uninstall the app or clear its storage in Android Settings → Apps → MeraShop → Storage. Because we hold no copy, deleting it on your phone deletes it completely (apart from any Android backup you control).
Security
Your data is protected by your phone’s own security. We recommend keeping a screen lock on the phone you use for your shop.
Children
MeraShop is made for shop owners and is not directed at children under 18.
Changes and contact
If this policy changes, the new version will be shown in the app and on this page with a new date.

ஆப் எதைப் படிக்கிறது, ஏன்
SMS (நீங்கள் அனுமதித்தால் மட்டும்): உங்கள் கடைக்கு வந்த / நீங்கள் செலுத்திய பணத்தை பதிவு செய்ய வங்கி மற்றும் UPI செய்திகளைப் படிக்கிறது — தொகை, அனுப்பியவர் / பெற்றவர் பெயர் அல்லது UPI ID, குறிப்பு எண், தேதி. தனிப்பட்ட செய்திகள், OTP, விளம்பரங்கள் புறக்கணிக்கப்படும், சேமிக்கப்படாது.
பண அறிவிப்புகள் (அறிவிப்பு அணுகலை இயக்கினால் மட்டும்): SMS வராத UPI பணத்தைப் பதிவு செய்ய, பண ஆப்கள் (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM போன்றவை), WhatsApp பணம், வங்கி ஆப்களின் அறிவிப்புகளைப் படிக்கிறது. மற்ற ஆப் அறிவிப்புகள் புறக்கணிக்கப்படும். ஒவ்வொரு பதிவும் எப்படி வந்தது என்று சரிபார்க்க, சமீபத்திய பண அறிவிப்புகளின் உரை மொபைலில் வைக்கப்படும்.
தொடர்புகள் (நீங்கள் அனுமதித்தால் மட்டும்): வாடிக்கையாளரைச் சேர்க்கும்போது பெயர், மொபைல் எண்ணை நிரப்ப மட்டும். நீங்கள் தேர்வு செய்யும் தொடர்பு மட்டுமே சேமிக்கப்படும்.
நீங்கள் உள்ளிடுவது: கடை பெயர், UPI ID, வாடிக்கையாளர்கள் (பெயர், திரு/திருமதி, மொபைல் எண்), சப்ளையர்கள், விற்பனை, பில்கள், நிலுவைகள், பணம், செலவுகள்.
உங்கள் தகவல் எங்கே இருக்கிறது
இவை அனைத்தும் உங்கள் மொபைலில் உள்ள ஆப்பின் தனிப்பட்ட சேமிப்பில் மட்டுமே இருக்கும். எங்களுக்கோ வேறு யாருக்கோ பதிவேற்றப்படாது. MeraShop-க்கு சர்வர், பயனர் கணக்கு, விளம்பரம், அனலிட்டிக்ஸ் எதுவும் இல்லை.
உங்கள் Google கணக்கில் Android காப்புப்பிரதியை இயக்கியிருந்தால், புதிய மொபைலில் மீட்டெடுக்க Android இந்த ஆப் தகவலையும் சேர்க்கலாம். அந்தக் காப்பு உங்களுடையது; Google தன் கொள்கைப்படி கையாளும்; நாங்கள் பார்க்க முடியாது.
பகிர்வு
உங்கள் தகவலை நாங்கள் விற்பதில்லை, பகிர்வதில்லை. நினைவூட்டு, சேமித்து பகிர், சேமித்து அனுப்பு அழுத்தும்போது, MeraShop ஒரு செய்தியுடன் WhatsApp (அல்லது SMS) திறக்கும்; அதை நீங்களே உங்கள் வாடிக்கையாளருக்கு அனுப்புகிறீர்கள். அந்த ஆப்கள் தங்கள் கொள்கைப்படி கையாளும்.
உங்கள் தேர்வுகள்
SMS, தொடர்புகள், அறிவிப்பு அணுகல் விருப்பமானவை. Android அமைப்புகள் → Apps → MeraShop-ல் எப்போது வேண்டுமானாலும் நிறுத்தலாம்; ஆப் தொடர்ந்து வேலை செய்யும், பணத்தை நீங்களே உள்ளிடலாம்.
MeraShop தகவல் அனைத்தையும் நீக்க, ஆப்பை நீக்கவும் அல்லது Android அமைப்புகள் → Apps → MeraShop → Storage-ல் சேமிப்பை அழிக்கவும். எங்களிடம் நகல் இல்லாததால், மொபைலில் நீக்கினால் முழுவதும் நீங்கிவிடும் (நீங்கள் வைத்திருக்கும் Android காப்பு தவிர).
பாதுகாப்பு
உங்கள் தகவல் உங்கள் மொபைலின் பாதுகாப்பால் காக்கப்படுகிறது. கடைக்குப் பயன்படுத்தும் மொபைலில் திரைப் பூட்டு வைக்கப் பரிந்துரைக்கிறோம்.
குழந்தைகள்
MeraShop கடை உரிமையாளர்களுக்கானது; 18 வயதுக்குட்பட்ட குழந்தைகளுக்கானது அல்ல.
மாற்றங்கள், தொடர்பு
இந்தக் கொள்கை மாறினால், புதிய பதிப்பு புதிய தேதியுடன் ஆப்பிலும் இந்தப் பக்கத்திலும் காட்டப்படும்.
